Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" during promotional events

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
